Do you ship internationally?

Honolulu Coffee ships all over the world! We offer a variety of shipping options for both domestic and international customers. The cost of each option depends on the products in your order and the shipping destination. When you place an order at our store and enter your address, you'll see international shipping options which will calculate the shipping costs for you.


What is your shipping policy?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please note, we only ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders received by Monday at 8am Hawaiian Standard Time will ship on Tuesdays. Orders received by Thursday at 8am Hawaiian Standard Time will ship on Fridays.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Where is my order? Can I track my package?

When you place your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that we have received your order. After we receive your online order, it will be processed within 2 business days. Once it has been shipped, you will receive an email from UPS or USPS with your tracking number. You may track your package at UPS.com or USPS.com for domestic and international orders.


Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

Yes, we can ship to a P.O. Box if you choose one of the United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping options during checkout. United Parcel Service (UPS) cannot get your package into a Post Office box.


Where is your coffee roasted?

To provide you the freshest coffee possible, we roast our beans daily at our flagship store Honolulu Experience Center (1800 Kalakaua Avenue) in Honolulu, Hawaii.


What is your return/exchange policy?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We do not issue refunds for 100% Kona Coffee. If you are unsatisfied with your coffee for any reason, please contact customer service at cs@honolulucoffee.com.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


What is the shelf life of your products?

While coffee can be used up to one (1) year after roasting, it is recommended that you use the coffee within two (2) months of ordering. We guarantee the coffee you receive was roasted within five (5) days of shipping. Please do not refrigerate or freeze our coffee. Please store beans or grounds in a dark, air-tight container at room temperature to maintain freshness.
