Earn and spend points at participating Honolulu Coffee cafes. Orders can be placed via the app, in person, or via our website for in-store pickup.

Present your barista with your app loyalty QR code, or just let them know you're a member and provide the email or phone number linked to your account.
Important: Payment methods are no longer linked, so the steps above must be completed to receive your points.
If you missed receiving credit for a purchase, please email appinfo@honolulucoffee.com with the total of your transaction.

Yes. Rewards points expire 365 days after they are earned.

The easiest way to check is via the Honolulu Coffee app. Tap "Rewards" and your current Tier status will appear on the screen.
In the top right corner under “View History,” all logged In-cafe purchases will appear. Please note: in-cafe purchases will not appear in your “Past Orders," only in-app and online orders.
We are currently working on ways to track your progress more closely.

Via the App:
- See what you've earned via the "Rewards" button in the Honolulu Coffee app
- At Checkout, all offers that can be applied to your order will appear above your item list. Only one offer can be applied per transaction.
At our cafes:
- Please provide the barista with your in-app loyalty QR code, phone number, or email address linked to your account.

Your points will appear the day following your order.

Open the Honolulu Coffee app and select Gift Cards. From here, you can input the number of any Honolulu Coffee gift card you have.

No. Honolulu Coffee Rewards only accumulate for purchases made in our cafes, whether you order in-person, from our Online Ordering feature, or via the app. Home shipments do not accumulate cafe rewards points.

Rewards
These are points that you earn and can spend as you please on things like a free pastry or a free drip coffee. It is more like a wallet that increases or decreases.
Loyalty Tiers
Loyalty Tiers are based on how many points you've earned over 365 days. It does not matter how many Reward points you've used - it's a running total. So, if you have earned a total of 7000 points, you've reached KONA Tier (congrats!), even though your rewards points might show 50 points to spend.

Trade in 500 points for $5 off your order. This option will show up in your available rewards at checkout.
