This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel subscription purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a recurring subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries that auto-renew until you cancel. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.

If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it at any time. Please note our gift subscriptions do not auto-renew and are paid upfront.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you may do so in your customer account. You can login to your subscription account via this link: Subscription Account Login. You can manage your subscription from there. Within the Subscriptions tab, click the Cancel link next to the subscription order you would like to cancel.

Your order confirmation emails also have links to your order and your customer account.
