The new plantings are looking great. You can see from the photos that they are really taking to the new soil and fertilizers. When we planted them, they were 12-14 inches tall, now some are 24-30 inches tall with lots of new growth. The seedlings are also doing very well and will be ready to plant right after this harvest.
Paul Massard, the Director of Supply Chain at Honolulu Coffee, is responsible for overseeing our coffee roasting, green coffee sourcing from Hawaii and around the world, as well as production and quality control.
