Full spread of spring releases in Honolulu Coffee cafes

Although our seasons are a bit more consistent here in Hawaii, we still find ourselves looking for something bright and sweet to bring us into spring. With spring comes a reminder of all of the beautiful, lush flora that Hawaii has to offer. From beautiful aromatic herbs and newly grown fresh fruits and vegetables to indulgently sweet honey and bright colorful flowers, the islands give us endless inspiration.

We are excited to share a little taste of Hawaii with you during this new season. 

Pineapple Mascarpone Scone

An indulgent pastry to bring us into nature, this scone features roasted local pineapple in mascarpone, topped with a tart and floral lilikoi, local lavender and local vanilla glaze, and sprinkled with bee pollen.

 

Tantalus Tofu Salad

Tantalus Tofu Salad

A beautiful salad to remind us of the beautiful views from tantalus trail. Complete with snow peas, green papaya, Thai chilis, and marinated tofu, topped with a macadamia nut dressing.

 

Turkey Cheddar Sandwich

A twist on your classic turkey and cheese served with baby greens, onions, and red pepper cream cheese aioli on a whole grain ciabatta.
